Company overview

Mission and small-business positioning.

Quill Match Enterprise is a certified small business built to win federal sole-source awards — supplying office essentials, furniture, and janitorial products across civilian, defense, and VA buyers.

We focus on the three NAICS families the government re-buys most: GSA SIN 75 (Office Management), SIN 71 (Furniture & Furnishings), and SIN 03 (Facilities) — buying lanes that AbilityOne's mandatory-source list does not cover.

Orders are sourced on a lean model that keeps compliance claims defensible at audit: every PO cites a real FAR subpart, a real SBA authority, and a real set-aside justification a contracting officer can drop into a contract file.

Core NAICS codes

Where the dollars are, and where AbilityOne does not go.

NAICS codes that map cleanly to the three GSA Schedule categories we source from. Each code below is the primary sit-code on every federal contract we accept.
