GSA Schedule

The eligibility step a KO runs before writing the PO.

Quill Match Enterpriseis positioned against three GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) families — Office Management, Furniture & Furnishings, and Facilities — and a contracting officer can issue the buy through any of three federal procurement lanes: a micro-purchase card swipe, a simplified-acquisition set-aside, or a direct 8(a) sole-source award.

MAS families

Three categories. Real SIN codes. Same numbers as the catalog.

The Special Item Numbers (SINs) below are the ones that hold up at cross-reference. Federal grants the site service / product SIN coverage; the values match every SKU listed on /catalog so a KO is reading one set of numbers, not two.

    MAS 75 · Office Management

    Office Management
    • SINMAS 75-200· Office Products
    • SINMAS 75-200· Office Services

Copy paper, breakroom stock, desk-side consumables — recurring buys under micro-purchase and simplified-acquisition lanes, plus a sole-source path for higher-value office orders.

    MAS 71 · Furniture & Furnishings

    Furniture & Furnishings
    • SINMAS 71 II A· Office Furniture

BIFMA-grade seating, casework, modular workstations, workgroup casegoods — task-order buys across federal floors, medical centers, and processing annexes.

    MAS 03 · Facilities

    Facilities
    • SINMAS 03-2· Janitorial & Sanitation

Janitorial consumables, surfactants, floor-care equipment, closed-loop paper dispensers, direct-to-tenant delivery schedules.

Procurement lanes

When each lane applies — in one sentence per lane.

Three federal buying lanes cover every order a contracting officer can issue againstQuill Match Enterprise. The dollar bands and FAR citations below match the ladder used on the landing page and the past-performance reference rows.

    Lane 1
    Lead lane
    Micro-purchase

    ≤ $10,000

    FAR 13.2 · GPC

Use when the buy is ≤ $10K and a KO can swipe the GPC without running competition.

    Lane 2
    Simplified acquisition

    $10K → $250K

    FAR 13.5

Use when the buy lands between $10K and $250K and an SBA set-aside (8(a) / HUBZone / SDVOSB / WOSB) short-circuits full-and-open solicitation.

    Lane 3
    8(a) sole-source

    $250K → multi-million

    FAR 19.8

Use when the buy is above $250K and the agency wants a direct negotiated award with a sole-source justification citing the 8(a) program ceiling.
